elderly, the sick , the poor, and for those who cannot afford one. We will teach you and provide
 the materials & tools.

What is Beads for Peace?                          St. Patrick's Guild

"BEADS FOR PEACE" is a project that is providing the opportunity to give support and prayers to the men and women serving in the armed forces of our country, anywhere throughout the world.  Right now, the goal is to get as many rosaries as possible to the armed forces serving in Iraq.

We have established a rosary makers club, a guild, called, St. Patrick's Church Rosary Makers Guild "Beads for Peace".  Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday's of the month (announced in the Sunday Bulletins) to organize and distribute materials, make rosaries and teach new members how to make rosaries. Our guild provides rosaries not only for the armed forces but also for missions and children’s hospitals.

Supplies and Donations are needed.    St. Patrick's Guild

The supplies needed to make the rosaries can be purchased through

  • "Our Lady’s Rosary Makers." The "Our Lady’s Rosary Makers Club," whose membership numbers 20,000, has already provided this project with approximately 80,000 rosaries distributed to the military.  (Website: olrm.org)

  • "Rosary Parts" Lewis and Company.
    (
    Website: www.rosaryparts.com)

Donations are needed in order to meet our commitment to this goal. These funds will cover the cost of supplies (the materials and tools to make the rosaries), and the cost of shipping the rosaries to chaplains stationed throughout the world. In as much as a one-time donation would be greatly appreciated, to make this ongoing program a success funds will be needed throughout the year. Any ongoing contributions your organization can provide will be greatly appreciated.
